Sometimes when I play YouTube videos, I am unable to hear any audio but the video is progressing.

Steps to reproduce: No specific steps as it dosen't occur frequently.

Actual Result: Plays the video but dosen't output any audio.

Expected Results: The video should play and accompanying audio should be heard.

Build Date: 2022-12-22 on PC.

Additional Builds and Platforms: Dosen't occur on Firefox 108.0.1.

Additional Information: Well, I am not sure which logs to attach.

What happens here is the web process is muting itself for some reason. Workaround: open Sound panel in System Settings and manually unmute the web process there.
