imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/cross-origin-opener-policy/reporting/navigation-reporting/reporting-coop-navigated-popup.https.html

The test was added as a resync all remaining web-platform-tests/html tests from upstream at 226895@main and consistently passed. The first failure I saw on the dashboard was approximately 11/27/2021 at 244573@main.

I can reproduce this on ToT using the command:
run-webkit-tests --release -f --clobber-old-results --exit-after-n-failures 1  --force  --child-processes=5 --iterations=50   imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/cross-origin-opener-policy/reporting/navigation-reporting/reporting-coop-navigated-popup.https.html
