ews django app is not sending patches to ews buildbot. For e.g.: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249201 has patch 464020 with cq+, but it is not sent to Commit-Queue.

Logs shows:
2022-12-13 18:08:51,805 - Exception in BugzillaPatchFetcher: no control matching name 'Bugzilla_restrictlogin'

It was due to Bugzilla change. related to https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/7505 which needs to be deployed.

Deployed https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/7505 on ews django app. Seems to be working fine now.
