Load https://build.webkit.org/#/ and do a Find in Safari for "Ventura". Use Command-G to go to each instance. Note that the page fails to scroll to reveal them.

Seen in a build at 257090@main

I dug into this a bit. It's something about VisiblePosition::canonicalPosition() which ends up creating a collapsed range.
