We have a few links in our application that open the same page in a new context using target="_blank". When these are clicked, the screen reader can not navigate the main content of the page on the new tab. It works fine if restarted.
We've experienced this with NVDA on Windows in Chrome, Chromevox in Chrome on Windows and Mac, and Safari with voiceover on Mac.
This problem does not exist with Firefox
