Hi Team,

I came across following Blink commit:

It is about "uppercase" URL, which Webkit still has in Websocket.idl:

It is removed from Chrome / Blink since 2015 and from Intent to Remove thread, it was not supported in Opera 12.16 (Presto), Firefox Nightly and IE11.

So just wanted to raise a bug, so we can track this and if we can safely remove this now.
