Note: Most (maybe all) DPUB role mappings are synonyms, so (unless Joanie already did it for ATK) some these may need new webkit internal roles in addition to the Mac platform mapping changes.

FYI, there will be some coming impact for computed role on the extension specs in https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/1887 so this can wait until that decision, then there will be WPTImpact. Tagging.
