During the WPT fetch resync https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=245919 I kept running into issues with WK1 where we would fail >30 tests and it would exit early. For now I've skipped all WPT fetch tests on mac-wk1. This bug tracks the work to go back and re-enable tests of features that should be supported on WK1.
