Nowadays WEBKIT_HARDWARE_ACCELERATION_POLICY_ALWAYS is the default hardware acceleration policy since bug #233418, but the documentation still says it is WEBKIT_HARDWARE_ACCELERATION_POLICY_ON_DEMAND.
