I tested this bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=239744 and found that when exiting fullscreen mode after the alert popped up, I couldn't see the initial buttons shown on the page. Please see the video attached to see that the page was permanently scrolled up and can't be brought down.
