Implementation of the new `WebGLRenderingContext` attribute `drawingBufferColorSpace`.
https://registry.khronos.org/webgl/specs/latest/1.0/#5.14.1

This is currently restricted to macOS, and the two acceptable `PredefinedColorSpace` values are `"srgb"` and `"display-p3"`.
