[WTF] MediaTime: compute flags on multiplication with doubles
value without updating the flags. This becomes a problem if the
multiplication promotes the number to infinity.

Fixed description:

The current multiplication algorithm in WTF::MediaTime updates the time
value without updating the flags. This becomes a problem if the
multiplication promotes the number to infinity.
