Identify all pickable commits that have not already been picked to a specific branch.

It’s also probably useful to allow `git-webkit pickable` to operate on a sub-directory or file, much like `git-log`. This would allow a user to essentially say `Show me all the commits that modified somefile.txt and are on branch-123 but not on main`.
