if I have an inline breakpoint that I just want to temporarily disable, I can't click on the inline breakpoint widget as that'll remove the breakpoint. instead, I have to click on the gutter or in the Breakpoints section of the navigation sidebar in the Sources Tab. it'd be much nicer to instead have clicking the inline breakpoint widget just toggle the breakpoint
