Description Sam Sneddon [:gsnedders] 2022-10-07 10:53:50 PDT

We should have a (typically) automated export flow for WPT that means we can add/update/fix WPT tests as easily as we can other tests in our tree.

Unlike the import task (Bug 246221), this requires us to avoid rewriting tests on import, as otherwise we can't easily export changes in existing tests back upstream.
