Hi Team,

I was not able to find related bug, hence, I am creating this one new.

Safari Technology Preview 155 fail and display border for "Hello World" while other browsers (Chrome Canary 108 and Firefox Nightly 107) don't.

I just wanted to create this bug for fixing purposes.
