Are two constant image failures on iOS16 release arm64 ToT and since 254408@main when introduced (Started on iOS15 queue).

This issue can be reproduced using command:

run-webkit-tests -f --exit-after-n-failures 1  --force  --child-processes=5 --iterations=100 --ios-simulator css3/filters/effect-brightness-hw.html

Looks like css3/filters/effect-brightness-hw.html is still failing on iOS Release. Also, I'm not 100% sure but it appears these two have very recently started flakily failing on BigSur.
