Is a constant image failure on iOS16 ToT and since introduced on the queue. Image difference indicates a possible pixel tolerance issue.

This issue can be reproduced using command:

run-webkit-tests --iterations=2  --ios-simulator  imported/blink/svg/canvas/canvas-draw-pattern-size.html

Reviewed commits have been landed. Closing PR #4645 and removing active labels.

Looks like a regression from 251723@main, and I see other tests that have similar differences.

This appears to have been resolved with https://commits.webkit.org/256299@main. We need to remove test expectations.
