I am able to reproduce both failures on iOS 16 Production ToT running the tests as follows:

Run-WebKit-Tests --iOS-simulator <insert_test_here> 



I believe these two tests just need a specific baseline set for iOS 16. I did attempt to do it myself, but was unsuccessful. 


Assigning to Frédéric Wang who introduced both of these tests to assist in setting baselines for iOS16
