STR:

1. Log into https://secure.ssa.gov/myssa/bec-plan-prep-ui/bec-home (you would need to be a US taxpayer with a my social security online account)
2. Click on the link [Your Social Security Statement] to be taken to https://secure.ssa.gov/myssa/myssa-statement-ui/home

Expected:

1. I can see the UI to download my social security statement.

Actual:

1. The page takes forever to load, upon inspecting network requests in Developer Tools I can see it keeps downloading https://secure.ssa.gov/myssa/myssa-statement-ui/styles.fe5347e5026e93ca.css

Note:

1. Page look normal after some time but the download loop will still continue.

REGRESSION, does not repro in Safari release (Version 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16)) but repro in STP (Release 153 (Safari 16.0, WebKit 17615.1.4.1))

Does this reproduce in latest Safari release, which is Safari 16? It shipped today.

Just updated. I cannot repro this in Version 16.0 (17614.1.25.9.10, 17614). I tried to repro after I empty the cache.
