Some recent change, either in WebKitGTK 2.37.91 or perhaps more likely in libsoup, has broken search on Google Maps. Go to https://www.google.com/maps/ and search for anything. The search will stall, never finishing. In the web inspector, I see:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) (place, line 0)
Although it looks like a server error, it only happens when using WebKitGTK and never when using Firefox, so we are triggering it somehow. And it is a recent regression. Although I can't be certain, I suspect something changed on our end because this started happening around the same time as bug #244852.

Works fine for me today, after trying several times. I guess it's not worth spending time on unless it happens again....
