When loading https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/blob/main/Introduction.md#active-dom-objects, WebKit often fails to scroll to the anchor correctly.

This is not happening in Firefox latest nightly.
But I can reproduce on Chrome.
It also doesn't scroll at the same position. It seems more or less random. Race issue?
Maybe worth contacting GitHub about it.
