TestWebKitAPI.VideoControlsManager.VideoControlsManagerMultipleVideosScrollPlayingVideoWithSoundOutOfView

Are two API tests that are flakily timing out on macOS ToT and since 253027@main.

TestWebKitAPI.VideoControlsManager.VideoControlsManagerMultipleVideosScrollPlayingVideoWithSoundOutOfView appears to have been a very flaky timeout prior to 253027@main and the consistency of timeouts have now increased.

I was able to bisect the issue to 253027@main running command:

run-api-tests --iterations=50 TestWebKitAPI.VideoControlsManager.VideoControlsManagerMultipleVideosScrollOnlyLargeVideoOutOfView

I retrieved the builds by downloading them similar to the bots since this is mainly timing out on release builds.
