Github status-bubbles table might have holes in it. This is because for some of the queues, we hide the status-bubble when the change is not relevant (similar to what we do for Bugzilla status-bubbles). Currently the queue positions in table are fixed, so if a status-bubble disappears from between, it looks like a hole. We need to generate the table dynamically, so that when a status-bubble is hidden, bubbles from below move up.
