one of the concerns around adding badges for "Scroll", "Overflow", "Events", etc. is that we don't want to turn the DOM tree into a massive icon soup
allowing the developer to choose what badges to show puts them in control to decide whether they want this UI, and if so they can customize exactly how it appears too (e.g. they might want "flex" and "Grid" but not "Overflow" and "Events")
