Video shifts on screen when interacting with the (mouse) pointer

See the test case as an attachment.

To repro:
- Move the mouse anywhere on screen with a gentle gesture
- Observe video shifting positions slightly

Gentle gesture is a mouse pointer move gesture, trying to move only few pixels.
One can also try to scroll few pixels upwards, this may cause the video shift. After the shift, normal pointer move will shift the video back.

Does not occur when recording the screen.
