Description:
fast/events/ios/dragstart-on-image-by-long-pressing.html 

The first failure that I saw on the dashboard was on 4/8/2022 at 249467@main.  This test has been a flaky failure, timeout, or crash for its entire history on the dashboard.
The current behavior is seen as alternating between flaky timeout and failure on iOS.
