http/wpt/service-workers/cache-control-request.html
http/wpt/service-workers/about-blank-iframe.html

The first failure that I saw on the dashboard was on 4/9/2022 at 249475@main for http/wpt/service-workers/cache-control-request.html and 4/19/2022 at 249770@main for http/wpt/service-workers/about-blank-iframe.html.  Both tests have been flaky for their entire history on the dashboard.  They are flaky failures on iOS Release x86_64.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --root 292683 --ios-simulator --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 --no-retry http/wpt/service-workers/about-blank-iframe.html

Result: 
Regressions: Unexpected text-only failures (1)
