TestWebKitAPI.RequestTextInputContext.TextInteraction_FocusingAssistedElementShouldNotScrollToReveal

The first failure that I saw on the dashboard was on 4/6/2022 at 249303@main.  This test has been flaky for its entire history on the dashboard.  This is specifically for iOS Release arm64 iPhone 8.  I do not see the same behavior in other styles, models, or architecture.
