irregular box shadow

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/15.4 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a standard button.
2. Button contains a `box-shadow: inset 0 0 0 1px #808080`.
3. Load page.
4. Change browser zoom from 100% to 110%.

See https://codepen.io/norfali/pen/aqbGdw for a working example.

Actual results:

Box-shadow isn't rendered correctly, see screenshot attached.

Expected results:

Box-shadow rendered correctly and works whether page zoom is 100% or 110%.

Issue doesn't occur in Chrome.
