I filed https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/1584 and while the mac-wk2 successfully completed, the GitHub UI still shows "Pending — Running set-build-summary".

I _think_ this is caused by us bumping up against our API limit, https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=241698 is going to improve the situation, so I'm marking this as a dupe for now, but there are some other potential causes, so I'll keep an eye on the problem.
