WEBKIT_HARDWARE_ACCELERATION_POLICY_ON_DEMAND chooses to enable hardware acceleration for old Intel GPUs like my 852GM/855GM. On certain pages, like https://discord.com/login , this causes the webview to blank out. Forcing software acceleration via WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 makes the pages work. It might be a good idea to blacklist second generation Intel GPUs and below from using hardware acceleration, see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_graphics_processing_units#Second_generation
OS: Devuan GNU/Linux 4 (Chimaera) (i386)
CPU: Intel Pentium M 1.2GHz
GPU: Intel 852GM/855GM (Intel Extreme Graphics 2)
RAM: 1GB
