Description Kenneth Russell 2022-05-26 12:15:18 PDT

The autogeneration of the commit message for ANGLE rolls in Bug 238649 inadvertently adds the commit-message.txt for the next commit. This file should be unstaged to make it easier for the user to remove before preparing the ANGLE roll for commit.
