https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/1010 got the "merging-blocked" label, but it's not at all clear as a contributor what this actually means. Why is it blocked? What do I need to resolve?

I would _guess_ it's related to the ios-wk2 job failing, but there's nothing actually making that explicit, and that job isn't marked as a mandatory job, and that seems to be failing for almost all (most?) EWS runs, or at least flaking.
