Move RenderSVGPath -> LegacyRenderSVGPath, and introduce RenderSVGPath based on the downstream LBSE version, just like it was done for RenderSVGRect/LegacyRenderSVGRect (webkit.org/b/234878, webkit.org/b/234992).
