# STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. inspect any page
2. go to the Network Tab
3. go to a different tab
4. reload the page a few times
5. go back to the Network Tab

## EXPECTED
everything except for the most recent activity is greyed out

## ACTUAL
everything since step #2 is not greyed out
