As discussed in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=240532 we should create a list of
common abbreviations that are valid all upper case enum values instead of having a list
(_ALLOW_ALL_UPPERCASE_ENUM) of enums where any value is allowed to be upper case if at
least one already can.
