I saw on the dashboard rhis test is a consistent image failure from the start on iPad (5th Generation).

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I can reproduce this on ToT r293867

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --root 293867 --ipad-simulator --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 2000 --no-retry fast/images/exif-orientation-background-image-repeat.html

Result:  
Regressions: Unexpected image-only failures (1)
  fast/images/exif-orientation-background-image-repeat.html [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
