Attempting to play a media source stream with an AVC3 track plays corrupted content.
AVC3 is similar to AVC1 except that the SPS/PPS NALs are found in-band.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Attempt to play the stream https://jyavenard.github.io/htmltests/tests/mse_mp4/avc3.html
2. Press play
Results:
Garbage is shown.
Regression:
I don’t think this ever worked.
