I couldn’t find any way to leave line by line comments on a landed PR https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/354, as there are no commits or changed files any more. 

Post-commit review can still be valuable.

This is an artifact of `git-svn`. When we aren't backed by Subversion, you should be able to provide post-commit review.
