imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-color/opacity-overlapping-letters.html

Seems that after thefts were updated to 15.4 this test began failing. Seems like the test has a large extra grey area over it.

Bug is in an underlying system component and tracked with <rdar://problem/92126421>.

We believe this fix is available in the current macOS Monterey 12.5 Beta 4 (and newer).
