GitHub has some UI to request reviews. And we can also select group of people by using GitHub WebKit organization's team (e.g. WebKit/reviewers)
It would be good if we can have per component team, where we can request review to that team easily (e.g. WebKit/jsc-reviewers).

GitHub also has support for a "Code Owners" file listing people/teams to be suggested as reviewers on changes to certain file paths: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners
