Step to reproduce:

1. Visit https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1F34y1t7Nf?spm_id_from=333.851.b_7265636f6d6d656e64.3

The video player will hang, just like screenshot(tested with nyxt)

But it may able to play it randomly.

I tried backport https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/52ef261a093d0516667f17055c9e7c552cf338a5 to WebKitGTK 2.36.0. But it seems that doesn't help.
