When NOT translating WebGL2 to Metal, the following conformance test fails to even run (much less pass): https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/sdk/tests/conformance/attribs/gl-vertexattribpointer-offsets.html?webglVersion=2 Also fails on Safari Technology Preview as well.
