Is a flaky text failure on iOS queues.

Failure is reproducible at iOS TOT using:
run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator media/video-played-ranges-1.html

In history regression range appears to be r290679-r290669.

Replicated failure at r290676 with 
run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator media/video-played-ranges-1.html --iterations 200

Unable to reproduce at r290675 with same steps.
