Safari 15.4+ (Including  Safari Tech Preview release 142) fails to register WebAuthn Credentials when DIRECT attestation is selected. Persistent Issue.

Steps to reproduce - 
1. Visit - https://webauthn.io/
2. Select attestation as Direct , random username.
3. Hit register 
4. Post providing Touch ID approval, One will see error - `The operation cannot be completed.` in native Safari Prompt.

It used to work prior to 15.4 and MacOS 12.
