The font color of the print preview is too bright and blinding; the font color is also differs greatly from the original font of the web page. If the web page is saved as a pdf file by Safari, the wrong font color will also be retained.

if input the same url in the Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, they all performed much better than Safari, Chrome and Edge performed the best, followed by Firefox.

I cannot reproduce this. The color on print preview matches the webpage, and is much darker that the one in attached PDF.

What exact version of macOS are you on?

Are you using a built-in display, or an external one?

It reproduces as described if you turn off "print backgrounds" in the print dialog (which is the default state).
