Unfortunately it seems VMware has changed something in the latest version of vCenter and made itself incompatible with Epiphany. I've reported it to them, but unfortunately I doubt they'll give it a high priority given Epiphany's market share. So some compatibility adjustment is likely needed in Epiphany. :/
The issue seems to be that they trigger a mobile mode (which is broken with desktop browsers). I can see the same broken UI in Firefox if I tell it to pretend to be a mobile browser.
Unfortunately I don't see any settings on this theme in Epiphany. Is there anything I can fiddle with to try and get rid of whatever tiggers VMware's mobile UI?

Ah, crap. This seems to be a general bug in VMware. I've reproduced the issue with Firefox, Safari and Chrome, all in normal desktop mode. The trigger is window width, but for some reason it varies a bit between browsers and triggers a bit earlier in Epiphany.
Sorry for the noise, this doesn't seem to be specific to WebKit.
