is a flaky image failure on iOS queues.

Suspected regression point r290898, as is only revision in range that modifies animations.

There is no chance r290898 is involved in this.

Today I will attempt to reproduce locally and bisect an exact point.

Unable to bisect as when attempting newer spades I receive ('Failed to install app {} on device {}'.format(self._path_to_driver(), device.udid)) 

At r291781 the test passes at 1000 iterations using run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator
