Scrolling with touchpad is broken on Wayland since https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/4508. Reportedly the scroll speed is way too fast.

Yeah, we need to check what GtkScrolledWindow changes were and do the same. Probably only for GTK ≥ 4.7.0 as well.
